PROJECT ELIGIBILITY

Check Whether Your Project Qualifies

KDI's primary construction service area extends roughly 60 driving miles from our Riverside office. Send us the property address and project details and we will confirm whether we can take it on.

How it works

  1. Send the property addressA ZIP code alone may not be enough. KDI verifies eligibility using the complete project address and actual driving distance.
  2. Describe the projectProperty type, general scope, desired timeline, anticipated investment and whether an insurance claim is involved.
  3. Add photographs if you have themPhotographs help KDI understand existing conditions and give a more useful answer sooner.
  4. KDI reviews eligibilityKDI evaluates location, scope, licensing requirements, site conditions and current scheduling capacity.
  5. KDI responds with the next stepThat may be a consultation, a site visit, a request for more information, or a referral to an appropriately licensed specialty contractor.

Project Eligibility Request

Address verification is required. Listing a county does not mean every address within it is eligible.

Smaller repairs are limited to about 20 driving miles

Limited-scope repair and maintenance requests are considered only for properties within roughly 20 driving miles of KDI's Riverside office, and are not offered as a guaranteed or emergency-service program.
